Hi,
I'm looking for information for Maria Genovefa Pichette, born in 1894 in Calci Italy. I cannot seem to find any records on the family. She was my grandmother. Married to Moscardini in 1914 in Molazzano Italy.

Re: Pichette
Lots of records aren't available online.
Civil records for Calci 1867-1935 are available on microfilm: https://familysearch.org/search/catalog ... %20Library - though it does say records are available online, it is only the death records and allegati from certain years which have been digitized. For birth records, you will have to order the microfilm.
I can't find any place called Molazzano, but there are two places in Italy called Mulazzano listed at FamilySearch.org - one in Forli and one in Parma. Do you know which one it is?
There are church records available 1575-1916 for the one in Parma on microfilm: https://familysearch.org/search/catalog ... %20Library
And for the one in Forli, there are civil records 1866-1929: https://familysearch.org/search/catalog ... %20Library
Apparently there's also a Mulazzano in Lodi, Lombardy but there's no microfilm for that town on FamilySearch.org so you'd have to request a copy by mail.

Hi Robin.
Thank you. I have researched the familysearch website but there is nothing listing her name or other information. Her immigration records state that she was born in Calci and that is all I have to go by. I will keep searching. Was hoping to find something on her parents, but without her info, I cannot go further back.

Re: Pichette
FamilySearch.org has a lot on microfilm that hasn't been digitized so you won't find the records online. If you go to the links I gave you, you'll have the option to order the microfilm by clicking on the individual film numbers you need. You will have to create a free account with them and select your local Family History Center address. The microfilm will be shipped to your selected Family History Center and during their opening hours, you can go in and view the microfilm with their microfilm viewing machines.
Re: Pichette
I will try this. I sometimes help them index, but have not yet come across these. Thanks for your help.
Re: Pichette
the civil records of MOLAZZANA ( in Lucca province) are available on line, but just partially, from 1866 to 1899:
