Thank you! I find it interesting that his father's name was Filippo son of Vincenzo...I'm wondering if it is the same Filippo as this one:

Does that, by chance, say anything about it being a 2nd marriage or him being a widower? If it's the same one, then his 2n'd marriage was to another relative of mine.

There is a notation of Carmina Losorelli's marriage on the top of the record.
It mentions a Filippo Zaccaria Cuscito, son of Vincenzo. Married in 1898 (#9) in Valenzano.
It would take more research to discover a connection...

Here is the noted marriage record in 1898.
Filippo Zaccaria Cuscito is a widower, 45yo mason born in Gioia del Colle, son of deceased (both) Vincenzo Cuscito and Maria Cavella.
Carmina Losorelli, widow, 41 yo, daughter of deceased Nicola Losorelli, and of living Teresa De Santis

At look at the allegati of the marriage may show Filippo's deceased wife's name.

EDIT TO ADD:

Here is the publication of banns.
It mentions that Filippo's father, Vincenzo, was a shoemaker.
AND it mentions that Filippo provided the death act of his wife, Anna Lonigro

So - this Filippo Cuscito appears to be the father in the birth act you posted for Vincenzo Anzelmo Cuscito.
