Need help with the name of this place in Sicily...

My family came from Sicily and I found this ship passenger arrival log on the Ellis Island website, as well as some information on FamilySearch but for the like of me I can't find a town ANYWHERE in Italy with the name S. Froleth...LOL! Could this a bad handwriting/misspell of San Fratello? I'm at a loss on how to go further...

I checked the indices for the births of years 1896 to 1905 (some years missing) and found no Cartalemi/Cartaleni
