I am actually trying to locate my Great Grandparents marriage certificate. They were married in West Virginia about 1930-1931. I sent out an vital records search to the County that they lived in and got a letter stating that they could not find it.
I was wondering if anyone else had any ideals on which I should do now. This is the only peice of information I need now to complete my application for Dual citizenship.

Re: Great Grandparents Marriage Certificate
Did they always live in that area? If so, try checking surrounding counties.
Also, many times the persons doing the search will not check for variations of a possible mispelling, but instead search for the exact name.

Re: Great Grandparents Marriage Certificate
No that is not the right people. The Bride is Rosie Scarcelli and the Groom is Giuseppe Guarascio. Now that I think about it they might have been married in Detroit.....on my G-Grandfathers Alien Regestration form it says he turned his first papers for naturilzation in 1929 in Detroit. So he must have been in Michigan already. I guess I will try here at our offices. Thank you.
