How do you cancel auto renewal on Ancestry.com

It appears that the only way to cancel auto-renewal of a current Ancestry.com subscription which enables me to see hints is to cancel membership. However, that also cancels access to hints during the rest of the subscription period that I already paid for so I don't want to do that. Is there a way to cancel auto-renewal without cancelling access to hints during the current paid for subscription period?

Have you tried any of the avenues under the "Help" link in the upper toolbar on the Ancestry page..?
