Is anyone a Codignola around here. My ancestors came from Brescia and Milan.

Sorry several current indicies for the Codignola surname are negatiuve. There may be some in Italy or toher parts of the world. There may have been several who entered the USA and are now deceased. Please advise. Peter

Thanks Peter, as far as I can tell Codignola is an unusual surname and none came to the US. However, the family is large. I am a descendant of Celestina Codignola (born in Brescia (1876) but died in Mexico (1918)), daughter of Carlo (1828), son of Paolo (1784), son of Antonio.

I did a quick check in Canada to no avail so you are unique so to speak! There are 61 in Italy with 50% in Lombardia region. Peter
