Joyce, my best translation follows:

Hello to all. My genealogical research have evolved. Here is where I am:
The following person is part of my ancestors born in Poland. Hereafter I transmit you all the news of which I dispose to his subject.
First and last name: Stanis?aw Budkiewicz
Date of birth: 1955 (this seems to be mistyped??? - Livio)
Birthplace: ?
Date of marriage: 1880 (parish Strzegowo; sygn. 29; act nr )
Spouse's Maiden name and first name: Bie?kowska Marianna
Father's first and last name: Joseph Budkiewicz born about 1830, married to Franciszka Gralevska they lived in Galchanka in 1880

I thank you in advance for the assistance that you will give me, it could be be that we belong to the same family. Bye

I cannot make any commitment and I do not feel comfortable in translating from English into French.
