I can't find my great garndfather in Ellis Island Recor

My great-grandfather, Santo Callari came to America from Geraci Siculo, Italy in 1900. I cannot find the exact date from the ship manifests on the Ellis Island Website. Can you help?

See if this might be him. The search has his last name as callaci but if you look at it I believe it is Callari. Also look at the other names around his - says he and others coming from Menti but some say Geraci.

In Menfi there are some Callaci still living and no Callari.
In Gerace Siculo there are some Callari still living and no Callaci.

hi, this is the WWII draft reg. card of a G. Santo Callari 7 Nov 1882 the birth place is Palermo( Geraci Siculo is in Palermo province):
