Looking for Gianino from Palermo/Siracusa

I am new to this site, but I am looking for any information on living relatives in Italy, or descendants of Carmelo and Santa Gianino, who came over from Italy in the early 1900s. They came in through Ellis Island with their children. The children were Pietro, Salvatore, Santa, Minnie, Sebastiano, and Ralph. I am not sure if all of the children came at the same time. I have a birth certificate for Sebastiano that is from Augusta...but I thought he lived in Palermo, before they left for the United States. Any help out there?
