I have four messages sitting in my outbox that said they were sent. Why would they not move to my sentbox? Are they really sent? It is important they get to the recipient. Have I done something wrong?

No, you didn't do anything wrong. I had the same question when I started. The PM stays in your out box until the person it is sent to actuallygets it. When they read it it goes into your sent box. It is a little confusing at first. But it is great because you know when somone actually sees your message. If it is still in your out box, you know they have't read it yet.

Thanks for the info. Actually, I like that. It is good to know when the person actually reads the email!!!
