Stamp of Birth Cert. and Picture

Post by Demetriohunter »

Hello Friends, I was digging through some of the file on Demetrio yesterday after a cousin contacted me about seeing this page and the stuff you were able to help me with. Thank you again.

I was looking at the Birth Cert there is a stamp on there I never paid any attention to before I was to excited to have the names I over looked it. It says:

Riasciato complete di generalita ai sensi dell'art. del D.P.R 2-5-1957 n. 432

I have a rough transation for it.

Released entire of generalita to the senses of the art of the D.P.R. 2-5-1957 n.432.

Question is what is this D.P.R.? And how can I get in touch with them?

"...Rialsciato complete di generalita ai sensi dell'art. del D.P.R 2-5-1957 n. 432"
It means:
Decreto del Presidente della Repubblica.

So in this sense the dociment is:

Released according to the intentions/meaning of the section of the Decree of the President of the Republic number432

This statement - with the relevant act/law number is placed on most official documents. Some are for general/free use and others may require a (kind of) paid tax stamp on them for legal use...
If you think education is expensive - try ignorance!

Thank You, I was hoping this would open another door to search in.

Better to ask then always wonder.

Thanks again God Bless you, Lynn
