Looking for info on Samuel Angelo b.abt 1700 from PA/NJ

Post by duravinci »

I was told that this Angelo family originated from Palermo, Sicily and migrated to New Jersey. Samuel was born before 1700 and died after 1730. His wife was Annicka Cock b. 1699 in NJ. I can't find who Samuel's parents were. Samuel had 3 sons, Benjamin b. 1724, David b.1724, Samuel b. aft 1724 and Sarah b. after 1724. Does anyone have any information about this family?

Samuel's parents are Charles Angelo and Katherine Noxe.
Charles was born in Sweden in 1657. Died in New Jersey USA in 1718.
katherine was born in New Jersey in 1670.
Married in Salem NJ USA 6 Oct .1690.

Trying to get to Charles' Parents. If Sciliy is correct, why did or how did parents get from italy to Sweden and then to the USA? Did Charles father leave Italy and go to sweden to marry someone there then go to USA?
