It seems that your Great Grandmother Emma Pacetti's family was from the comune of Montegallo, which is located in the province of Ascoli Piceno, region of Marche. It is situated at the foot of Mount Vettore. The economy is mostly agricultural, the main products being chestnuts and truffles. Recently, the trend towards organic food and unspoiled land has given rise to a tourist industry.

It seems that your Great Grandfather Nazzareno Manconi was from the comune of Acquasanta Terme, which is also located in the province of Ascoli Piceno, region of Marche. This town is part of the Gran Sasso - Monti della Laga National Park. The town takes its name from Vicus ad Aquas ("village near the water"), a Roman settlement established in the vicinity of the well-known springs (spa).

If you google the names of these towns you will find several websites and maps. Go to www.paginebianche.it and type in Pacetti where it says "cognome" and Montegallo where it says "dove". You will find four people named Pacetti living in Montegallo. Go to www.paginebianche.it and type in Manconi where it says "cognome" and Acquasanta Terme where it says "dove". You will find one person named Manconi living there.
