Giannangeli and Piacente

Post by nynydp »

I am researching my great grandparents Domenico Giannangeli from Cagnano Amiterno and Maria Piacente from San Potito Ultra. They were married in NYC in 1902. I have quite a bit of information on Maria and her family, but very little on Domenico Giannangeli. I know his parents are Arcangelo Gianabageli and Maria DiPaola.

Any ideas on how to obtain additional information on Domenico and his family will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

You can send form letters to the town of origin in Italy and obtain documents free of charge. Go to http://www.angelfire.com/ok3/pearlsofwi ... tters.html

You can find the address of the Uffico di Stato Civile in the town of origin by going to www.nonsolocap.it and putting in the name and click cerca and whenthe zip code town name and province comes up clickon the name of the town and a website will come up. Scroll down to Municipio for the address. =Peter=
