LOOKING FOR VINCENZO RICHICHI . . Birth Location

Need Information on where in Italy Vicenzo Richichi comes from.

I am new to the site, I've been trying to find my husband's grandfather Viocenzo, and where he came from in Italy.
All I know is that my husband, his father and mother were born in Cairo, Egypt.

My husband's name is Johannes Aloysius Garnier died July 18, 2005 in Utah
My father in law Francois Joseph Antonine Garnier Died 1971 or 1961 in Rio di Janiero, Brazil.

The Italian side comes from my mother in Law
Chiara Richichi born Cairo, Egypt Oct 23, 1913, died April 2005 in Brazil
VICENZO RICHICHI is her father

All I know is that my husband said the Richichi's came from the Reggio Calabria area of Italy.

I don't know when they immigrated to the USA
Chiara had two sisters, one named Armanda Richichi & Bebba ( a nickname perhaps)

My husband told me his grandparents' names before he died.

Vicenzo's father was Rochi Richichi
Vicenzo's mother was Annunziata Quattrochi

Vicenzo's wife was Elviera Pernice
ELVIERA'S PARENTS WERE
Louise Pernice
Clara Manzo Born April 4, 1877

I have seen a Vicenzo Richichi on Ancestry but I don't know if its the same person.

Any information would be appreciated

Do you have some estimated brith dates of when your husband, and your father in Law were born?

This would give us some about dates to work off from.

Another Idea is to send out mass emails to Richichi's on www.facebook.com and see if you can connect with other Richichi in the Reggio Calabria area of Italy.

Yes, my husband, John Garnier was born July 31, 1935 inCairo, Egypt. His dad, Francois Joseph Antoine Garnier was born June 28, 1909. Clara Richichi was his wife and she was born in Cairo, Egypt also Oct. 23, 1913. I dont know if Vincenzo was born in Cairo or not. I was told they all came from Italy and France ( the ancesters) Clara was a French citizen as was Francois. He was also in the French military, and fought Rommel, according to my husband. the daughter Elvira Pernice will be born abt in the 1895/7 or so, right?

and if Chiara Richichi was born in 1913... it seeming to me that Elvira must be married almost in 1912... seeming so little girl to me...
for to marry....
why you think that Vincenzo Richichi and Elvira Pernice came in USA?? with children?
I cannot find records in USA abt this family....
