my dad said from listening to the old folks when he was a kid there was talk that our surname was spelled Jurato. I was wondering if there is any in Saracusa, Sicily that may be related to John born in 1890 brother sam.

my fathers name is Samuel and my grandmothers name was Anna her last name was changed by a uncle years ago before she met my grandfather 1st it was something like FRUMENI then change to Freeman so her uncle could insurance to the jewish people in Boston, they lived in somerville, ma. there was 7 ...

My Dad said he remembers his father talking about siracusa. He had a brother name Sam who lived in chicago, Illinious USA after coming to usa

I'm looking to find anything on Urato surname. My grandparents are from sicily, the family tells me saracusa, and ragusa.
I've hit a dead end cannot find anything maybe my grandfather change the spelling he was born around 1890's.
