I believe it was or belonged to this man at some point. He might have given it to someone in the family. Unfortuantely, I do not have anyone I can ask about this anymore. That would make this substanially easier. :P

When I said the last letter was a consanant - I did not mean it is the 'last' letter of the name. I meant that there is one more letter and it is a consanant. The placement of all but the L is still in question.

It was in a small box - looks to be a braclet or something like that.
The L is intact but the other letters had fallen off. One of them (the one that I believe is a consanant is too faded).

Not from a lack of trying but I do not have a document on this at the moment. I just have a first name of Andrew and then the L with the vowels and one more consanant. : / sorry I know this isn't much.

Actually he was in Utah during the very early part of 1966.
That was due to being in the service though from what I have been lead to believe.
