I have Luigi Rovegno birth certificate here. But Its in Italian

Its says he was born in S. Margherita Ligure, province of Genoa

Luigi Eugene Perini b,1848 Chioggia died 1899 in New Zealand
His fathers Name was Giovanni Perini
His Mothers name May have been Maria Fortunata(unconfirmed)
His grandfathers name may have been Guiseppe Perini(unconfirmed)
