Never mind - the link worked this time!

So now we know that in 1913 Annie and Frank married. and in 1916 aboard the Sonoma they traveled and settled in Australia. Frank applied for naturalization in 1921.

It looks like a ship of the name Sonoma departed from San Francisco during that time period ...

thank you for some wonderful information! I had seen the census in 1910 but couldn't make sense of it. Yes Josephina died (we don't have a date yet).

So it appears that Frank and the girls moved to Australia in 1916 on the Sonoma. We don't know yet if Frank married Annie (an Italian ...

Hello we are researching Frank Mandile too. Our records show he was married to Josephina and had 3 daughters in New York. He later moved to Australia in 1916.

Are we looking for the same Frank Mandile?
