I'm wondering if anyone has been able to obtain a 'Certificate of Negative-Naturalisation' from Cairo, Egypt recently without the help of a Notary or Lawyer?

If so, can I please ask how you managed to apply for the certificate from the Egyptian government please?

We have now had 2 searches completed by the Brindisi commune (town hall) in Italy and both times have said there is no details recorded for my father-in-law unfortunately. They did however have his parent's 1918 ...
