Looking for grandfather Giovanni scialpi

Trying to find my great grandfather Giovanni scialpi. He was born around the year 1897 and immigrated to the US in 1920 and moved to hazelton PA. Looking to find documents for Italian citizenship. He was born in pulsano, Taranto, Italy
