Messina family records

I am doing a family tree of the Messina Family from Palmero, Italy. My Grandfather was Emilio Messina and my Great Grandfather was Rosario Messina. I'm trying to trace our roots from there. They did live in the state of Delaware after moving here from Sicily in the early 1900s. Can anyone please help me find my great grandfather's family that were from that area of Sicily?
