it looks like Antonino mistretta may just be the godparent

I, Giovanni Trapani, priest and chaplain of this mother church of Saint Stephen, baptised an infant born today to Carmelo and Margherita Mistretta. The child was named Antoninus. The godparents were Antonio Quartana and Giovanna Quartana, father and daughter.

This is the baptismal record on Antonino Mistretta, son of Carmelo and Margherita, on Aug 10, 1795.
The baby was born on the same day.
Godparents were Antonio and Giovanna Quartana, father and daughter.

this is mysterious still but intriguing.
whole towns were close knit
antonino Mistretta for which i need a birth and death has at the moment as the parents of Carmelo Mistretta and Anna tuzzolino who married april 5 1723
and this says Margherita---
further Antonino mistretta was husband to Antonina Quartana. they did not have in my tree yet a daughter Giovanna. i need to find her as well. i see a gap between 1786 /1787 for children born
i guess i need to find a way to see the approx birth record of antonino mistretta 1751 as they married on November 30 1770 in campofiorito to determine the mother or the marriage record for Carmelo and Margherita

any suggestions as to the location of Campofiorito records from about 1750 for birth and marriage.

this record shows front of mother's maiden name more clearly but i cannot tell where it cuts off does it end at ferro or should the cui... be part of the name of this town

Antonina Mistretta, the daughter of Carmelo Mistretta and Margherita Scacciaferro, was baptised on 22 November 1801. Her godmother was also named Antonina Mistretta.
