Death No 284: Carlo Cirillo
Molfetta: 19 July 1823
Appearing were Giovanni Cirillo, son of the deceased, 33 yo, contadino, living in Strada Mente, No 22; and Saverio Cirillo, son of the deceased, 40 yo, Contadino, also living here, in Strada Sant’Orsola No 76. They reported that on 18 July current year, at 2 pm, Carlo Cirillo, husband of Maria Teresa Balacco, died in his own house. He was born in this town, a contadino, 70 yo, who lived in Strada Sant’Orsola, No 26, the son of deceased Saverio, and of Angela Mastrapasqua.
Edit to Add:
The following might need a bit of tweaking as the script is tricky in places.
Birth No 11: Sergio Cirilli
Molfetta: 4 January 1850
Appearing was Saverio Cirilli, son of Sergio, 23 yo, Vetturale (cab driver), living Strada S. Girolamo. He presented a male baby born from Lucrezia Sgherza, 19 yo, daughter of Lonardo, his (Saverio’s) legitimate wife and from himself, the declarant. The baby was born on 4 January 1850 at 8 am in the house in which they lived, and was given the name of Sergio Cirilli. He was baptised the same day in ? Parish.
Side note: on 2 April 1875 No 20, in Molfetta, Sergio Cirilli, son of Saverio, marries with Lucrezia Pansini, daughter of Michele.
