Raffaele Pollice and Maria Giuseppa Coppola.

Interested in the Coppola side, hoping to find info on the bride's parents / grandparents but have trouble understanding after the first few pages.

Thank you!

To get started...

Image 731 -In the first record (marriage) Maria Giuseppa Coppola is age 24 complete, and parents are identified as Gennaro [Coppola] and Lucia Ciricosta.

Image 735 - Extract of birth of Maria Giuiseppa. Date of birth is 20 July 1811. Her father Gennaro is age 30, gardener [ortolano]

Based on the above...
Here is the original birth act for Maria Giuseppa in 1811.
Her full given name is Maria Giuseppa, Anna Teresa, Anastasia
#169

Note: Since both of Maria Giuseppa's parents are living at the time of her marriage, there does not appear to be any records in the processetti of grandparents. And, unfortunately, Gennaro's father is not mentioned in the records that are there.

It is notarized testimony from several persons (beginning with Gennaro Scala) who know the groom, and can attest that he has never been married, and that they know of no impediment to the current contract to marry. They also attest that to their knowledge the bride is also unmarried.

Here is a description for each of those references found on the 'processetti' ----- these are the documents that the happy couple should have turned into the Mayors office and may or may not be found in the Allegati records.
