Birth No 703 Sebastiano Gadaleta
Registered in Molfetta on 18 May 1897

Appearing was Bartolomeo Gadaleta, 39 yo, vetturale (cab driver), living in Molfetta. He reported that at 4 am on 18 May 1897, in the house in Via Crocifisso?, No 19, from Pasqua Boccassini, a casalinga (housewife/domestic), his wife, living with him was born a baby of male sex, who he presented to the official, and gave the name of Sebastiano.

Bartolomeo was unable to write so didn’t sign the record.

Marriage Annotation: On 11 February 1922?, No 53, in Molfetta, marries with Maria Amato.
