I was just wondering about Barry and if there was the possibility that he had a different first name? or middle?

I have a Census for 1891 it just list his name as barry,
but on the 1901 census is states barry m. on Line 48

but i just found 2 records on family search for a Barry S Davidson with the United States, National Homes for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, 1866-1938 and i believe that this may be him on one record but the birth year is different as is his middle inital
he was born in Nova Scotia and it lists his next of kin as his brother charles t davidson of halifax n.s i believe that this is florence's father. on the next record it lists a Edward C Davidson as his brother as well living at 741 Sommerville st. the address that vincenzo lists as Barry Davidson's address when he went in 1923. Do you belive this is the same person? if it is why would the census say diferent.

Looking over the records you posted, I do think they are all the same person.
I wouldn't be too concerned with the difference in middle initial, or a slight age discrepancy. In fact, the 1901 Census has "John and Annie" for what appears on the 1891 census as children "Harry and Rebecca" - birth 1890.

FWIW: Lawrence MA had a sizable Italian population. There was a lot of back and forth between Boston and the Lawrence factories during that period.
