This is what I see, though the handwriting can be difficult...

Groom is Matteo Barone, son of deceased Clemente and of deceased Rosina Serino.
His uncle Francesco Serino is present to give consent.

Bride is Marta di Argenio, daughter of Angelo, age 50, and of Teresa Mirra, 45, who are present to give consent.
