Dated 27 April 1880 in Montese
Death on 26 April 1880, in his home in Castellucio #41
Declarants of the death were Angelo Bernardi, 37, peasant; and Clemente Camatta(SP?), 50, laborer
Antonio Bernardi was age 67, peasant farmer, residing in Castelluccio, born in Maddalena/Bologna to deceased Angelo and to deceased Maddalena Morelli, residents of Castelluccio in their lifetimes.
He was the husband of Lucrezia Biagini.

Possible birthplace... frazione Maddalena di Cazzano, of the comune of Budrio, Bologna (Emilia-Romagna)

I went through the Napoleonic records quickly last night for Budrio but didn't see him. Another earlier records puts his age on target with that, so birth seems to be in that 1813 time. Most of the Napoleonic go out to 1814, so was hoping it would catch him.

Here is the marriage of Antonio and Lucrezia's daughter Madalena in 1869.
Perhaps If you find the processetti or allegati it will provide other clues?
The act states Madalena's birth place as Montespecchio(village of Montese) And her residence as Maserno (this is also a village/hamlet of Montese.).

I went through the children and it looks like they were born in Montespecchio and Maserno depending on the time. I know that my Biagini side was from Maserno, so I've asked the Diocese archives to see if they can find the marriage in Maserno (with Montespecchio as a backup) in their archives.

Their oldest child I found would have been born around 1843 (this is the Angelo, I believe in your original translation). Makes sense he would have been named after his grandfather. He never married and looks to have lived into his 80's, if I'm reading everything correctly. Unfortunately, they just listed Montese (town center) as him be a born in.... maybe no one knew exactly what village he was born in.
