This site is amazing ! I wish to find info on my ancestors. My grandparents Rosa Falcone and Enrique Romagnano were born in Argentina , their parents Enrique Romagnano / Angela Mota (spelling ?) and Alfonso Falcone and Maria del Carmen Di Sabato all came from Italy . I heard through the years that the Falcones came from Abruzzi region and the Romagnanos from Piemonte region. All I know is that my grandmother was born in 1908 and my grandfather in 1903. Also I remember hearing that some of the Falcones went from Italy to Philadalphia, US. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you !
The best thing to do, is to obtain as many Argentina records that you can for the families, in the hope that something will provide town of birth information.

my parents are Falcone from provincia Catania sicilia. And i live in Switzerland
One of my family surnames is Romagnano from Postiglione, Italy. You will find "Di" Romagnano, which is not in southern Italy. I have not yet found a connection to my family line. The communi surrounding Postiglione, I'm still working on the connections. The Basilicata Romagnano line of Musicians is not related to my line. Your line may have dropped the "di". You posted this many years ago. I would love to find out all these years later what you have found in your research. I hope you respond.
