If you had to guess, what's the percent likelihood that I have the same Y haplogroup as my father's surname 2nd cousin?

Just a guess on my part, but if the 2nd cousin is male, and if the surname matches, then I would think the Y-DNA should also (unless by chance there was an adoption or illegitimacy)...
