Help with German and Dutch forums

I was on the German forum, going from page to page, and when I clicked back on my post, I got a message that said: Flood Warning, and then something about keeping me from flooding the server, and that I wouldn't be allowed on for 8 seconds. Then I clicked back, and it had the same message, only it said 12 seconds. After that I clicked forward and it said: Bad IP, you have been banned from using this website. I didn't do anything, what gives? With the Dutch forum, (I'm not dutch, I just wanted to check it out) as soon as I clicked on it, it said something about a User-Agent, and that I wasn't allowed on. I never have these problems with ItalianGenealogy.com, so this is the only place I could ask this.

Now I'm having this problem with the IrishGenealogy.com. It said I have been blocked for 12 seconds due to flooding, one more warning and I will be banned. What am I doing wrong?

No, still having the same problem. here is the exact message I get when going on GermanGenealogy

Bad IP
You are banned from this site due to a bad ip (Before this I got the same message I get for Irish Genealogy) I really don't understand what flooding is, or why I was banned.

And here is the one I get with Dutch:

Unknown user-agent
You are banned from this site due to a unknown user-agent.

And this one comes up randomly on Irish Genealogy:

Flood Protection
You are not allowed to flood our system.
You may view our website again after 8 seconds.

I am now able to go on GermanGenealogy, but still get the flooding warning every so often.
