Looking for Martinelli immigration and family

Looking for the immigration information of Ralph Martinelli born about May 22, (18-- or 19--?) in Aversa, Campania, Italy, (Naples Province I believe).
He was a carpenter.

When in USA he married Mary Decinio about 1923 (she was born in USA and may not have been her first marriage) and lived in New Haven, Connecticut, USA. They had 9 children.

Would like to know more about him, who were any siblings, and who could be living relatives in Italy. If anyone can help, thank you very much.

One question about last names - since women in Italy keep their names their whole life, wouldn't Maria's birth surname be Di Sarno from her father and NOT Carrara from her mother?

the Ralph's wife, on the ship's manifest is listed as Maria Di Sarno; so Di Sarno must be the surname of her father ... the mother seeming that was Maria Di Sarno nee Carrara
