I know this is an old thread, but i saw this thread and thought i would pass along a family connection. My great great grandfather giovannni casagrande born bat 1851 from Santa giustina was married to a pislor in Passaic. I also found that they founded local church and the pastor was a pislor. I am traveling and don't have details but I do have records from Passaic back home.

Did you find any additional info?

the name Pislor of Santa Guistina looked familiar to me as i recently helped a Scaramuzza from Arkansas with his tree , He had a Margherita Pislor born 24 Nov 1816 in Santa Giustina, Belluno, Italy she married Giovanni Battista Daru on the 5th Feb 1834

Lots of italians from the Santa Giustina area went to Arkansas to work in the mines
