Translation Please: Napolitano and Capuozzo Marriage

Post by taxi55 »

Hello All! Greatly appreciate any assistance with the translation of info from my ancestor's record. I would not expect a complete word-for-word translation. Any info - names, dates, witnesses, etc, - would be great!!!

13 September (7bre) 1858 marriage of Francesco Napolitano son of Pietro with Vincenza Capuozzo daughter of Giuseppe. The marriage took place at the church of S. Romano Martire (S. Roman the Martyr?).
Signed by Salvatore Lombardi, Pastor

Don Benedetto Biancardi was the parish priest . Witnesses were Sebastiano Zolino (not sure about his last name) and Romano Vega.

Hi Sophia,
Note that Romano Vega was also a witness on the marriage entry above yours.

Ah-hah...great catch Maestra!!!

For the marriage entry below mine where they mention "Carlo Napolitano" ... was he one of the witnesses for that marriage?

Thanks again!
