Help! - Palumbo/Trollo Family

Guys, I need so assistance in locating the death date and any other info about my ancestor Giovanna Palumbo; She was born circa 1834 in Italy (most likely in Nocera Superiore, Salerno, Campania, Italy); married to Antonio Trolla/o. She had at least 2 sons: Carmine & Matteo. She immigrated to New York with Matteo in 1896.

NYC Death Index Record for Matteo... Age is correct.
#16421 is the death certificate number...

This could be death record for Giovanna, though the age is older. No way of telling unless you get the certificate from NYC vital records.

Would certainly help if we could find a 1900 and 1910 census for Matteo...

Wow guys; thanks for all this info - that Carmine is definitelythe correct one because his daughter Giovanna was my GG-grandmother. Im sure Matteo's death info is correct too. I know he had a wife, Giulia Verriere; but I havent found anything on them. It seemes like the mother Giovanna Palumbo just disappered once she came to NY. Im not sure if she had other children besides Carmine and Matteo; but I suspect that she had a son Salvatore, but I cant prove the connection. Any more info on them would be great.

Interesting 1913 arrival manifest for Mattia Trolla:

Mattia Trollo, age 34, approx birth year 1879) married, from Nocera Superiore, leaving in Italy his sister Maria and joining his brother Raffaele in NYC., it was a second arrival, he stated he was in the U.S. before from 1904 to 1912

There is a Matty Trollo, age 40, on the 1920 census. Says he was married, but his wife is not on the census. He is enumerated with a brother named Salvatore-living at 78 Thompson Street in Manhattan. ED 194, sheet 7 A. He is age 40 on this census and his immigration year is given as 1898. Sal said to have immigrated in 1910 and his son Gerry in 1911. Don't know if this is the same family or not. Matty's age seems to fit.

Guys, you are amazing; this info is so amazing!; I thought that maybe this last Matty was our Matteo, because I thought there might be a brother Salvatore, but I have no way of really connecting them. All the other info seems to fit in perfectly. Thank you guys so much.
