Scialla morti

Post by oilman19 »

I have had a reasonable level of success translating documents this week, but this one is impossible for me to decipher. I can't even figure out the given name.
Can someone help, please.

Hi Jim,

Teresa Scialla

Is that all you need? Were you able to translate the rest?

Francesco Foretare (sp?) 21, shoemaker; and Giuseppe Velone (sp?) 45, (can't read occupation) appeared at the town hall in SMCV on 23 May 1910 to declare the death of Teresa Scialla, who died at 11 PM on 22 M ay 1910. She was 11 months old. Daughter of Exxxxxx (could be Emanuele), shoemaker, and Giuseppa Funaro (sp?).

That's wonderful. I could not figure out this hand writing at all. I did need the whole document translated.
Thank you,

Jim
