Help reading handwriting on birth record

Post by ayla33 »

Hello!

I was wondering if someone could help me with the reading of a birth record.

I am able to read some of it. It looks like the mother listed in Benedetta Ciulla (age 40 right?). Can someone tell me what the sentence means after it lists her (says something about maglie or moglie) and then perhaps another name or place name? I am also unable to find the father's name. I believe it should be Giuseppe but I can't find that on there.

Unfortunately, I just tried to upload the file and it's too big. If someone is willing, I could send it via email!

thanks for your help!

Welcome :-)

Try uploading it to an image-sharing site like www.imageshack.com

The word "moglie" means wife. Is there any way you could upload the record in sections, since you say the file is too big.
