Hello, I'm looking for a record of DOMENICA PAPALIA who was born in Acquaro di Colsoletto, Calabria. She had three sisters: ROSARIA, GRAZIA and MARIA. ROSARIA and GRAZIA died in Acquaro. Can I obtain birth certificate information over the Internet? I am new to this
