what is the meaning of the words starting at the first line after Angelo Pes?

It states "fittuale del nob(ile) sig(nor) Vincenzo Polichetti".
"Fittuale" is a word used above all in southern Italy; in Italia, at that time, it was better said "fittavolo", and it means the renter of someone else's (in this case, "the Noble Mr Vincenzo Polichetti") land.

Now i found two other difficult records. Can someone translate the record from 1794
and explain the abbrevation on the 2. picure: Batta di Pietro ?? Batta Nadin

q.m stands for "quondam": latin for "the late", "the deceased"

Anzola (northern dialect of Emilia or Veneto, I suppose, for "Angela") (daughter of) Zuanni (dialect for "Giovanni") Cargnello, also called Cargnelletto, of the late Agostin, and of Menega (dialect for "Domenica") of the m. ("maestro"?) Ant(oni)o Pes from the Parish of Villadoxx(?), spouses from this Parish, born today at about 7 p.m., was baptized in this Church by (erased) danger by the midwife Angela xxx of the late Z. (Giovanni?)...

Then I find it hard the understand precisely, but it says something about the replacement of the ceremony of Baptism...

This is a marriage record (in Latin) dated Feb 24 1908

Groom: Giovanni Battista (Jo: Bapta) Zanini son of the living Cantu(?) and Benvenuta Greatti, born in Variano Nov 22 1883, residing in Variano, single (in primis votis)

Bride:Letizia Maria Del Ponte daughter of the living Luigi (Aloysii) and Angela Grandi, born in Variano Mar 2 1888,
residing in Variano, single (in primis votis)

The banns were posted on Jan 26, Feb 2 an 9.

Witnesses Elia Pascolo son of the deceased Pasquale and Luigi Bearzotti son of Eugenio
