Death Record 1868

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody could help me with this death record. I am looking under Caterina Lombardo and I can make out just about everything except her parents name. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

I tried to crop the record and enlarge it. Hope this is readable. Thanks for any help. I can make out her mothers name was Giuseppa but not her fathers name or mothers last name.

Can't read more than the following:
aged 77 died on 21 October 1868 at 6PM
wife of the deceased Salvatore (surname unreadable)
daughter of the deceased Giuseppe and of the deceased Giuseppa Vivaldi)

Thank you. I was able to read everything but her mothers last name. I thought the father was Giuseppe but its good to have it verified. I will look for the Vivaldi last name. Thanks again.
