"La dichiarante (Angela De Paola) ha denunciato la nascita suddetta per aver assistito al parto di Rosa Mastroberto ed in luogo del marito di costei perchè impedito."
The birth was announced by Angela De Paola, who attended the birth, because the father could not do it.
