Teresa Pesare

Hello. My great-great-grandmother was Cecelia Fragola, who married Michele Pesaturo. They lived in Rhode Island. On Cecelia's 1922 death certificate, it mentions Michele and a Teresa Pensare, a person I am not familiar with. I would appreciate it if anyone could find the connection between Teresa and Cecelia. Thanks

EDIT: Teresa Pesare was also mentioned in the death certificate of an Isabella Pesaturo, who I'm not familiar with. I found that her husband was Luigi Pesaturo, who was born in 1837 in Prata Sannita, the comune that Cecelia and her husband Michele come from. I think Luigi's father Vincenzo may be the brother of Michele's father, Ottaviano. On a different note, I think Teresa may be related to the Pesaturos rather than the Fragolas because Pesare and Pesaturo have similar meanings
