First of all, you are missing the second page of the record.

Here is the info on the page you posted-

left column dated April 29,1836, town of Coreno, district of Gaeta-

Giuseppe Corte, a 37 year old peasant/farmer, appeared. He was living in the town on Strada Vialarga and presented a baby of masculine sex.

(that's all the info on the left side of the record)

The right side-the Sacrament of Baptism was administered to Orazio Corte on the 29th of April in the Parish-Church of Santa Margarita (Saint Margaret).

the infant's mother was Teresa Lavalle, the legitimate wife of Giuseppe Corte, the informant. She was age 36 and living with him. The infant was born on the 28th of April, year above, at 10 P.M. (the document reads "alle ore ventidue Italiana-at 22 hours)-
The infant was given the name Orazio.

Witnesses were Angelo Ruggiero, age 28, an ox driver, living in this town on Strada (Torra ???) and Domenico d'Onofrio, age 24, a day laborer, same street.

On the baptism side of the record-two signatures-
Vincenzo della Valle
Filippo Valente, town clerk

I also found a pdf file doing a google search with the title "Stradario Centro Urbana Coreno Ausonio." It appears to be a street list for the town which you may find useful, so you can search that and download the file, if you like.
