Are you referring to the place mentioned in line 3?
The record begins...
"Year 1892, day 22 of the month of October, at 8 PM at the house at via del duomo."
The record appears to state that a certificate from the doctor of Rosalia indicates that she could not appear at the town office for the marriage.

Other than that, Lercara is referenced as their residence, the residence of the parents, AND the residence of the witnesses.

The marriage was held in Lercara, but, since Rosalia could not go to the town hall, the major went in the house in Via del Duomo (very likely to be Rosalia's home) and the marriage was celebrated there.

At he end of the record you cab see the original signature of both Nicolò and Rosalia

Thank you Livio. That is all I could read but I wanted to be sure. I didn't know the circumstances of the marriage.
