Giuseppe declared the birth of his male baby, Domenicantonio, born on the 7th of March to his wife, Carolina Remigiotti, age 34.

Not really sure of the surname of the father - was looking at the correction in the left column, and how his name was written at the end of the record for help ... it looks like Di Maurizio.

HIS father's name is a blur. No idea

You have the rest correct (except for the record date and time )

Father's name could be Maurizio, but I'm not sure. If that's right, Giuseppe's GF must have been a very imaginative man!!
