Giuseppe Antista -Death Record 1863

Hi Good People:

I have been trying to locate the death record of my husbands Great-Great-GreatGrandfather, Giuseppe Antista. In my research I have Giuseppe married to Anna Valenza. I think I might have found the record, but it is very hard for me to read. It is number 123. If there is an address listed, his age and parents names, that would be a great help to me. This is what I have been able to translate:
Name: Giuseppe Antista
Age: ?
Death: October 14, 1863
Parents: Gaspare Antista and Rosa Neglia

I do see a mention of Anna Valenza on the record, that is why I think this might be the record I have been looking for.

The deceased was living on the same streets as the informants, which was S. Antonino. Also both parents were already deceased.
