Does anyone know where and how to go about looking at the births, marriage and death records for Laviano. Familysearch does not have film that can be ordered. Where would the records for that area be held. The town was mostly destroyed in the 1980 earthquake.
I am looking for my family records from there for Caruso, Robertiello, Figurelli and Fusella. Short of traveling to Italy is there a way?

My great grandfather Pasquale Robertiello made several trips between Laviano, Italy & the United States (Ellis Island, New York) in the early 1900's. He eventually brought his wife Concetta & son's Lorenzo, Antonio, Guiseppe & daughter Raphael to America around 1920.
