Baldossarre D'Avino, age 39, farmer residing in Frigento declaring that at 1130pm, 30 Dec in the house at Contrada Cartiglio 1, from Giacomina Capobianco, his wife, a farmer. male child is named Rocco.

witness are Alfonso Pelosi age 26, property owener and Vito Capobianco, age 38, property owner
