i am trying to figure out the name of the comune that is at the very top of the document, 2nd line, after 'del comune di' ?? Casavatore And??

it is also noted further down after mayor's name.

any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I see the word Casoria before Casavatore and these are both towns in Naples, I believe.

Casavatore was included in the Comune of Casoria under Napoleon and the Kingdom of Gioacchino Murat.
On July 30 1946 Casavatore became again an independent Comune.
